Terms & Conditions — 177bdt Platform Rules and User Agreement

177bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is an internationally operated online casino and sports betting service. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 177bdt and every individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or otherwise uses the platform, including all games, betting markets, payment features, promotions, and support services.

These Terms apply to all pages and services available through the 177bdt platform and are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail.

177bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect as of the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 177bdt currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be added or removed at the Platform's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (৳ BDT).

3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the account. 177bdt does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.3 Deposit Crediting. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the account instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. 177bdt accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.

3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by Users whose accounts have completed the KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document showing name and date of birth.

3.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional review may take longer. 177bdt does not guarantee processing times for requests that trigger manual compliance review.

3.6 Withdrawal to Original Payment Source. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 177bdt reserves the right to require withdrawal to the original funding source as an anti-fraud measure. Where a payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements must be confirmed with support prior to processing.

3.7 Currency. All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (৳). 177bdt does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred outside the platform are the User's responsibility.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on 177bdt are subject to acceptance at the Platform's sole discretion. 177bdt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time prior to settlement, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where the relevant event has already commenced, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or corrupt activity.

5.2 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute between the official result and a third-party source, the governing body's determination is final. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by the respective game providers and are not subject to modification by 177bdt.

5.3 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to palpably incorrect odds, duplicate bet acceptance, or system malfunction — 177bdt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a manifest error are not payable.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bet types and game variants. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted at the Platform's discretion without prior notice. Users who consistently place bets at or near maximum limits may have individual stake limits applied to their account.

5.5 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Odds update in real time. There may be a brief delay between a real-world event and the Platform's odds update; 177bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already determined, even if the market remained technically open at the time of placement.

5.6 Game Availability. The availability of specific games, betting markets, and promotional features may vary depending on your location, device, or network. 177bdt does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game or feature. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability.

7.1 Closure by User. You may request closure of your 177bdt account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

7.2 Suspension by 177bdt. 177bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable ground to believe that: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) the User has provided false identity information; (d) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or (e) account closure has been requested through the Platform's responsible gaming self-exclusion tool.

7.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, access to games, betting markets, and account history will be revoked. Bonus funds are forfeited immediately upon closure. Real-money balances are subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 3, including KYC completion where applicable.

7.4 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account will result in closure of the new account and forfeiture of any funds deposited after self-exclusion was activated.

8.1 177bdt provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, 177bdt shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any loss of data or corruption of data; (c) any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; or (d) any loss arising from events outside 177bdt's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider failures, government action, or natural disasters.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 177bdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

8.4 177bdt's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 177bdt is incorporated as an offshore entity. 177bdt does not represent that the Platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction.

9.2 User Responsibility for Local Laws. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 177bdt platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform you confirm that you are not acting in violation of any law applicable to you. 177bdt accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a User's non-compliance with local laws or regulations.

9.3 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute relating to a specific bet, transaction, or account decision should first be submitted to the 177bdt support team via live chat. Support will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the dispute may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure described in the Platform's FAQ.

9.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

10.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 177bdt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

10.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver. Failure by 177bdt to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any subsequent occasion.

10.4 Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without prior written consent from 177bdt. 177bdt may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
